Sintered NdFeB Magnet
Sintered NdFeB magnet is more superior in magnetic properties Br, Hci, Bhmax than bonded NdFeB magnet. But this magterial is easy-to-corrosion, so coating or plating is a must. Nickel, Zinc, Ni-Cu-Ni, Grey/Black Exposy are the most common used coating. Some uses silver, gold or whatever complies with customers’ needs. Usually the magnetization direction of sintered NdFeB magnet can be divided into: axial/ thickness/ length direction magnetized and diameter direction magnetized subject to the actual requirements.
Bonded NdFeB Magnet
Bonded NdFeB magnets are manufactured by compression molding and injection molding. They featured in multi magnetization direction and corrosion resisting, and can be processed into small/super mini sized and complex shaped products. Owing to their variety of magnetization direction and orientation, bonded NdFeB magnets are especially suitable for brushless motors, servo motors, stepping motors and induction motors. Multi-poles magnetization is necessary in the mentioned applications above.
